About PSG

About Productivity Solutions Grant

The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) was launched on April 2018 to assist businesses in their transformation journey.

PSG supports the adoption of pre-scoped IT solutions, equipment and consultancy services that improves productivity, aligned to the industry roadmaps such as the Industry Transformation Maps (ITMs) and Industry Digital Plans (IDPs).

The maximum support level for PSG is 70% from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria at the point of application:

a) must be registered in Singapore
b) purchase/lease of the IT solution or equipment or consultancy service must be used in Singapore
c) must not have:

Made any payment to a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/lease of the IT solution or equipment or consultancy service
Signed any contract with a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/lease of the IT solution or equipment or consultancy service
Please refer to ‘Things to Note’ for additional requirements.

Application

Request for a quotation from Cybots Pte Ltd

Go to Business Grants Portal to submit your application.

Offer Acceptance

Monitor the Business Grants Portal for the status of your application.

Accept the Letter of Offer

Project Kickoff

Proceed with purchase of your selected package

Cybots will proceed with the installation of required software and commerce the servie.

File Your Claims

Upon completion of package delivery

Make payment to Cybots and proceed to file for claims with proof of payment

Monitor the Grants Portal for status of claims reimbursement
