On Tuesday, 9 July 2019, Cybots Alliance held its second exclusive Cybersecurity Seminar – “Staying on top of Cyber Security” – featuring world renowned speakers in cyber arena to discuss urgent cyber threats and issues facing businesses and individuals.

Leaders from various organisations joined us and our panel of experts shared insights on the effectiveness and challenges of current solutions against sophisticated threats such as APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) and how the next-generation SOC might be able to deal with them. It was held @Dewan Cyber Axis, Menara Cyber Axis, Jalan Impact, Cyberjaya, Selangor. This was solely organised by Loyalty Systems IT (M) Sdn Bhd, (Member of Cybots Alliance).

The seminar featured conversations about the application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Technology in the cyber space, as well as a look at the most pressing threats taking place at the endpoints. These were the subjects of this seminar–From Industrial Espionage to National Security: Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Hunting Inside-Out; Cyber Defense – Protection vs Advanced Detection; and Transforming Cyber Security Operation with Automation, Intelligence and Resilience.

Our cyber experts presented to the audience the real threats and cases posed by hackers around the world and what the businesses are doing to protect critical infrastructure and prevent intellectual property theft on top of securing their organisation networks. The seminar was a success. It ended on a high note with delegates and speakers engaging in the networking session.

Trickbot is considered • 5 hours ago
one of the most dangerous malware strains used by cybercriminals today, what with its modular nature and its constantly changing arrival and distribution methods. In fact, the United States Department of Homeland Security issued in March a security primer on Trickbot in response to the prevalence of attacks using this malware.
