IRMA Group Companies Gather Key Staff in Malacca for Management Meetings
October 2022 – IRMA Group gathered key staff in Malacca (Malaysia) to share their corporate activities, plans and explore areas of cross-entity synergy that could be leveraged on to benefit the Group. Over four days of intense meetings, staff from Cybots, Ark Insights and Irma Insights shared ideas, achievements and aspirations. This was punctuated by some great recreational activities and meals.
The meetings served as a good forum for staff from the different Group companies to get to know their colleagues. This is a foundation for cross-entity synergy and the identification of areas where the Group could maximize the business impact of skillsets across the Group. The key business heads of Systems Integration & IT services, Business Process Outsourcing and Cybersecurity huddled together to discover ways to positively impact each other’s businesses. The result was a series of action plans crossing borders and business lines designed to enhance Group performance going forward. Key items discussed and shared included cross-entity business opportunities, expansion plans, areas of business focus, shared operational systems and budgets.
The meetings also included presentations from key supporting vendors and partners across several business lines. A further external presentation was made by a US based Insure-Tech company with a view to collaborating with the Group to penetrate the Asian markets.
Individual staff members with outstanding performance and contributions to the Group were also recognized with awards. This highlights a key culture attribute of the Group in recognizing outstanding achievement.
The positive impact of the meetings was immediately evident with a clear collective vision for the Group and management is already scoping the next event.
